About GLS

Built by operators, not consultants.

Global Learning Solutions turns complex education delivery into something schools, childcare and tutoring centres can actually run.

The people behind it

Founded by people who run education businesses every day.

Sam Asgari and Storm McGrath built GLS from the operational reality of centres, classrooms and franchise networks.

2025Founded

Our mission is to make great education delivery repeatable.

GLS was created to solve the delivery problems that have plagued education for decades — inconsistent quality, overloaded staff, admin-heavy operations and programs that look good on paper but fail in the classroom.

We do this by bringing program design, trained facilitators, training systems and purpose-built technology into one operation.

Quality before scale

A program is only scalable if it works the same way in every room. We prove delivery before we promise it.

Child safety as a design constraint

Every session, staffing model and platform feature is built around safe interactions, clear checks and documented escalation.

Evidence over hype

We report what changed — participation, progress and operational quality — not just what was delivered.

Operator-led design

Solutions come from the people who run centres and classrooms, not from advisers who only write about them.

The problem, and our answer

What breaks, and how we fix it.

01

Programs are designed on paper, then collapse against a real timetable.

Every GLS program is modelled against staffing, space, budget and session length before it is sold.
02

Delivery quality depends on whoever happens to be in the room.

Structured training, observation rubrics and sign-off so a session runs the same way in week one and week ten.
03

Teachers and centre owners lose their week to admin.

GLS-owned platforms carry scheduling, staffing, reporting and planning load instead of spreadsheets.
04

Nobody can evidence what actually changed for students.

Participation, progress and quality data captured as part of delivery, reportable at cohort and site level.

We work with schools, childcare and OSHC, councils and tutoring businesses.

Where we deliver.

Metropolitan, regional and remote. Travel, materials logistics and local staffing are planned into the model, not added later. Where in-person delivery is not practical, GLS supports online and licensed delivery.
