These terms cover your use of this website only. Programs, platform licences and franchise arrangements are governed by separate written agreements. Where a separate agreement covers the same subject, that agreement prevails.

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for information purposes. It does not take account of your organisation's particular circumstances and is not a quote, a proposal or an offer to contract. Program formats, durations, pricing and availability are confirmed in a written proposal.

Some figures and details on this site are marked as placeholders and are yet to be confirmed. We update the site as those details are finalised.

Where this website refers to tenders or public-sector opportunities, those references describe tender-facing experience and proposals GLS prepared or submitted. They do not imply endorsement, appointment, panel membership or a current partnership with any government, department, council or agency unless we have expressly said so.

Jurisdiction labels such as "NSW tender experience" are descriptive text, not marks of any agency.

You may view, download and print material from this site for your own information or for your organisation's internal evaluation of our services. You must not:

• use the site in a way that breaches any law, or interferes with its operation or security
• copy, reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission

"Global Learning Solutions", "Arkkibotics", "My Teachers Aid" and "My Happy Life" and the associated logos are trade marks of GLS or its related entities. "Arkki" is used under licence. The exact ownership and licence position for each mark, including what the Arkki licence permits us to publish, is being confirmed.

Program materials, session plans, training content and curriculum mapping documents remain our intellectual property and are supplied under the terms of the relevant engagement.

This site links to third party sites, including Arkki Australia and Arkki International. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, GLS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or any content on it. Where our liability can be limited but not excluded, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its last updated date. We will give notice of material changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
